About Grace Hardin

As the Director of Compliance and Ethics at iTrust Wellness Group, I assist in leading and supporting a team of dedicated folks in the mental health space with a special focus towards keeping our processes, protocols, and people aligned with all aspects of compliance. My commitment is to ensure our work environment is transparent, communicative, and supportive so that we can unfailingly provide our patients with the highest quality of patient care. All of this is made possible by paying attention to detail, ensuring that our processes are aligned with compliance related to regulatory boards, internal values, and other entities. I do this work by keeping integrity, compassion, and equity for all in mind - people are the greatest part of what I do. In that vein, I chose to include ethics in my formal title as I specifically wanted to make it known to our employees, community, and beyond that we stand by doing the right thing, both in bold moves and in the background operations. Values should never stay on the surface - it is a hallmark to any company to focus on what it means to provide an ethical workspace and provide services with integrity at the core.
