About Grace Hogan

I believe in radically altering the student and staff experience to promote long-term excellence and wellness. I work with organizations to craft custom-built supports that foster staff and student mental health, reduce staff burnout and student behavior issues, and increase staff retention and student achievement.I take a unique approach to my work, incorporating skills and expertise in a range of areas: trauma & mental health, teacher burnout & attrition, diversity, equity & identity, school culture & policy, classroom instruction & differentiation, neurodiversity & executive functioning, and educational leadership & development. I possess a rich understanding of the history, the systems, the realities, and the research of education in the region. I have a talent for coaching and collaborating, with a knack for weaving together the emotional and the logistical, reflection and action. Paired with years of experience in DEI and urban classroom instruction, I offer a valuable perspective and a skillset. As I wrap up my Masters in Social Work at The Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis, I'm looking for opportunities and partners that are visionary, authentic, and committed to making meaningful change in the lives of children.
