About Grace Jacobsen

I build systems that help organizations survive and succeed through change. My career has been shaped by high-growth environments and periods of major transformation. I’m often brought in when things are complex: fragmented tools, evolving products, shifting teams, and ambitious goals that need real operational structure behind them.Over the last 10+ years, I’ve led across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, with a focus on translating strategy into systems that actually work day to day. That includes large-scale Salesforce consolidation, enablement redesign, change management across hundreds of people, and leading teams through uncertainty while still delivering revenue and customer outcomes.I’m known for seeing the whole board in how people, processes, data, and technology connect while also building trust quickly. I’ve stepped in as a fractional leader during leadership gaps, managed multiple teams at once, and served as an institutional bridge during transformations and acquisitions because I understand both the details and the bigger picture. What motivates me most is impact. Especially in education, operations aren’t abstract. They directly affect learner success, retention, and career outcomes. I care deeply about building structures that are scalable and humane.I am always excited by opportunities where I can lead transformation, reduce complexity, and help organizations build something that lasts.
