About Grace Kong

I am excited to share that I am offering healing centered coaching to my practice, after attaining certification in July 2025 with Blooming Willow Healing Centered Coaching. Individual healing centered coaching dovetails naturally with my purpose and consulting practice to deepen the capacity and authentic leadership in social change organizations towards building a vibrant and powerful movement. Since 2005, I've been working as a consultant, facilitator and trainer, building upon 10 years of experience as a community organizer. Working closely with clients, I design processes that facilitate collaboration around managing organizational change, building culture, setting strategic priorities, and operationalizing those aspirations into work. I enjoy creating inclusive, participatory, and collaborative processes that support leaders to advance their work and deepen relationships. I continue to be deeply grateful and inspired by the impactful organizations and leaders with whom I've been privileged to work.
