About Grace Lam

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass; it’s about learning to dance in the rain.” This mantra defines my journey— from a rewarding finance leader to my current role as a career coach. After an impactful career spanning over two decades in finance and accounting, leading APAC teams and driving organizational excellence across diverse industries, I embraced a career transformation that aligned with my core passion: guiding individuals to sharpen essential job search skills and achieve their goals. As a career coach, I leverage my extensive leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills honed as a Finance Leader to enable people to navigate challenges and chart their unique paths to success. My rich professional background gives me a unique perspective in helping clients balance analytical decision-making with purpose-driven choices. Passionate about making a difference, I am also involved in volunteer work as my way of ‘paying it forward”. Let’s connect, collaborate, and thrive through life’s uncertainties together (and may be even learn to ENJOY the dance in the rain)!
