About Grace Lee

It has been an absolute honor to be chosen to be the Senior Projects and Operations Manager at Statkraft Energy Ltd who are the Operational arm of Statkraft in the UK and Ireland. This is a role that feels like home to me and being embedded at a 50MW cascaded Hydro scheme suits me to a tee. I am really looking forward to the opportunities this role brings as I broaden my knowledge portfolio, learn about exciting new technologies in the Renewable landscape and grow and develop my operational skills base. I have a background in commercial electrical installation which led me into Solar PV installation work over 15 years ago. With experience in Biomass, control systems and Hydro maintenance I have a broad skills base. Over the last 10 years I have developed my skills as a project manager for Hydro Operations and Maintenance. I have an passion for renewable energy and hard work and oversee multiple jobs with a specific focus on Asset Optimisation. O&M work is a challenging discipline as there are always multiple threads to follow and many complex jobs open at any time. I excel at solving difficult problems and finding the right solution at the right price and level of complexity.
