I am passionate about delivering essential financial products and providing seamless service to customers wherever they are in their payments and banking experiences. Some successes I am most proud of include - Setting up small business with payment capabilities to global vendors - Operationalizing an emergency federal loans program for small businesses during the pandemic - Helping a nonprofit to disburse funds to shelter the homeless in their community I believe strongly in the servant-leader model and focus on growing a team through coaching and development. Through experiences such as chairing inclusivity initiatives, serving on nonprofit boards, and leading large teams, my most rewarding experiences are seeing colleagues stretch themselves to perform at their best.
