Restaurants support centers operate with a lean staff, making it essential to develop effective and ever-improving processes, collaborative team-oriented relationships, assess strategies for strengths and weaknesses, and be customer-focused. Managed and led teams in restaurant, classroom, and clinic settings and have been commended for my diligence, tenacity, and ability to motivate others. Leveraging this experience toward a position that requires schedule development, project tracking, and cross-functional team collaboration skills to support program operations and projects from ideation to completion are qualities that I would like to continue developing in my next role.
