About Grace McClure

I am a hard working, committed and focused individual with a natural attention to detail. IT literate, organised and efficient, I strive to deliver a high standard of work. I am a natural people person and enjoy working with others towards a shared vision. However, I also have the ability to work on my own initiative. As a fulfilment consultant at Randstad Business Support, my job is to create relationships with candidates and offer support and guidance in the recruitment process. Primary client sectors include public sector organisations and industrial, engineering and logistics. I specialise in temporary roles within these sectors. I am passionate in helping candidates find their dream job and also build a strong rapport with my clients. I am enthusiastic to learn and grow in the process.
