About Grace McGinness

Hi! My name is Grace, and I am a recent graduate of the Management of Finance and Economics program with a minor in Marketing at the University of Guelph. Throughout my university experience, I've gained a solid foundation in various aspects of commerce, including finance, marketing, economics, and human resources. With a keen interest in understanding the intricate mechanisms that drive the business world, I've consistently challenged myself to excel academically while also seeking out opportunities for hands-on learning. As a co-op student, I have had the opportunity to build upon key skills and concepts that I am passionate about. Balancing my academic journey with real-world experience, I have completed my final co-op work term at TD, where I analyzed potential gaps between regulatory documents as a Canadian Banking Compliance intern. Beyond my work experience, I have been able to become involved with extra-curricular on campus. Currently, I am a member of the Co-op Student Advisory Committee, and the Director of Events for the Management Students Association. These experiences have allowed me to foster valuable relationships, refine my teamwork abilities, and contribute meaningfully to my academic community. I have a strong desire for collaborating with others and putting forth my best efforts to develop new ideas and goals!
