I create connections for women going through transitional times, helping them explore support systems and tap into their authentic selves - developing communities around women, guiding them to reveal their strength and recognise their value. The reclaiming of this natural ability we all have, to tune into our own intuition, and activate insight, creates powerful change at the deepest levels. How do I do this-facilitating groups -one on one coaching -using ritual to access the wisdom and deeply held beliefs Using simple ritual is a means toward empowering and challenging ourselves. Ritual invites us to witness and release all that impedes us, and then through claiming our courage we are able to wholly participate and manifest intentions. My skills include both certifications and years of experience-Certified as a Results Life Coach since 2010 - Diploma in Psychology and Counselling Skills For years, I served as a Family/Whanau Worker with Anglican Family Care, working with parents to deepen their understanding of their child's world and how to enhance their connection to it. As a Montessori and State trained Primary and Early Childhood teacher, I structured learning experiences and walked alongside families to create optimum environments for development whilst raising my own sons to adulthood. I have been practicing meditation and mindful awareness since 1992, and run mindfulness sessions in the workplace. I have set up and facilitated Death Cafes (to encourage people to become more comfortable expressing their curiosity regarding dying and death) in Tauranga and Kapiti as well as establishing Crone Cafe's in the Wellington region for women in their third phase of life. As a Celebrant, I assist in crafting the perfect language to capture the message and intention for personal and community events, such as weddings, funerals or other ceremonial occasions.
