About Grace Nogueira

Brazilian born with legal and languages background, I am a sustainable development/ESG entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in delivering advice to a wide range of clients in private and government organisations. Strong believer in creating win-win scenarios for sustainable development via sound and respectful negotiation processes with all involved parties. My career has brought me to acquire an excellent understanding of the needs of the industrial sector, more particularly with relation to regulatory, public and institutional affairs, having worked in reputable law firms and also as the Environmental Manager at the Brazilian National Industry Confederation, representing the industry as its First Councillor at Brazilian National Council for the Environment, the Brazilian National Council for Biodiversity, among others representative bodies. Matters covering ESG, agriculture, multiple uses of biodiversity, energy, infrastructure, renewable resources, mergers and acquisition DD, environmental liabilities, licenses and permits, climate change and the like are a substantial part of my practice. I have an LLM at the University of London/UK and I have recently returned from a wonderful life experience in Australia where, on top of broadening my professional horizons, I have also completed a Diploma in Project Management.
