I regularly analyze and distill key data points, competitive analysis, and customer insights/trends to identify and capture market opportunities. Previously, I was part of the commercial leadership team at a global eCommerce company, responsible for €100M annual turnover in online sales. I played a leading role in defining the vision, position, and customer offering in each market, while leading a team of six international market managers. I focused on delivering profitable growth, building strong teams, and quickly adapting to new insights. I was regularly called upon to deliver projects across departments and find ways of working, requiring a broad understanding of the business, including digital & brand marketing, operations, data science, product, tech, purchasing, and customer service. Now I have taken on an exciting new challenge as the COO of Swedish Care Venture Builder, working with an entrepreneurial group across Europe and Asia delivering proven healthcare concepts and leading technology to markets with an urgent need to improve healthcare access and efficiency. I currently focus on business operations, market strategy, and venture building. Through my varied experience, I have sharpened my skills as a strong leader, manager, mentor, and individual contributor. At the heart of my work is to think critially, solve problems, and dare to challenge but always with humility and professionalism.
