About Grace Penn

I am a current Duke University Student-Athlete pursing a Master’s in Management Studies (MMS) Degree at The Fuqua School of Business, while playing my 5th year of eligibility in Division 1 Volleyball. In December of 2024, I completed my fifth year and sixth season of Division 1 Volleyball, in my final year for the Blue Devils I am proud to say I surpassed career assists while serving as floor captain. In May 2024, I graduated with a BS in Management with co-concentrations in Marketing, Management & Leadership, and a Minor in Film Studies from The Carroll School of Management at Boston College. In December of 2023, I finished my fourth year and fifth season of Division 1 Volleyball, competing for the Boston College Women's Volleyball team and serving as team captain. I am proud to say that during my time at Boston College, I helped contribute to a record-breaking season in 2023, finishing my career 7th all-time at BC in career assists after surpassing the career assist mark during the 2023 season. I hold the record for most sets played in a single season and am a fiercely competitive team player with a strong work ethic. As the setter, I am the quarterback and leader of my team's offense. Under pressure, I must think strategically, communicate effectively, and lead my team on every point. I am a committed, highly motivated, and responsible business student eager to connect with strategic consulting and investment banking professionals.
