I have a proven track record of developing individualized treatment plans according to each client's unique needs and diagnosis while maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the therapeutic process. Throughout my career my approach is rooted in research based therapeutic techniques and committed to providing treatment to individuals based on their unique needs and goals. I have specialized in assessing diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of mental health disorders such as Anxiety Disorders Mood Disorders and Neurodevelopmental Disorders like ADHD. In particular my expertise lies in utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT DBT ADHD Coaching and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals. I have administered psychometric assessments IQ assessments for children and adults - WISC-V WIAT-4 and WAIS and memory tests for adults. I have administered Neurofeedback for ADHD children and Adults and rTMS under supervision. As a South Asian individual being born and raised in the U.A.E I understand the unique cultural background and needs of the South Asian community residing in the UAE. One aspect that sets me apart is my direct experience working with South Asian individuals and understanding their specific psychological needs. I am aware that there is a scarcity of South Asian psychologists in the UAE which makes it challenging for members of this community to find professionals who can truly empathize and cater to their cultural perspectives. My personal background and direct experience provide me with a strong foundation to support individuals from South Asian backgrounds effectively. I believe that my familiarity with their cultural values traditions and belief systems allows me to establish a deeper level of trust leading to more meaningful therapeutic relationships.
