I have been heavily involved in planning and managing budgets and forecasts and advising the business through insights to drive success. Keys areas of my work have involved interpreting financial information to provide meaningful management reporting and contributing to more accurate forecasting and budgeting through developing numerous tools to improve efficiency and precision. I have built strong relationships across the business which have helped me to quickly understand Xero's operating model and better provide teams with the data and knowledge to optimise their decision making. Solving difficult problems in the most logical manner is something I find highly satisfying. My strengths are data analytics, financial modelling and building trust with people I work with. My ability to ask probing questions and breakdown complexity have enabled me to effectively communicate and find new solutions.
