About Grace Rexroat

A passionate scientist with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling stories. Hi, my name’s Grace Rexroat, and I’m both a left brain and right brain kind of person. I grew up in a creative family, touring world-class art museums all over the country starting from an early age. With my dad being an artist and a marketing executive, and my mother a writer, I developed a higher level of esthetics. But my love of the natural world led me to study biology. I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Ecology, Evolution, and Animal Behavior from the University of Minnesota. My career so far has involved being a zookeeper for endangered species, to working in science museums educating the public about nature. My background has allowed me to see the art within the science, inspiring me to share that with others. I live at the intersection of science and educational story-telling.
