As an Admin Support Specialist in Occupational Health at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, I am dedicated to supporting the health and wellness of our workforce while contributing to a positive and productive work environment. With a passion for healthcare, I leverage my skills in data management, coordination, and customer service to ensure smooth operations within the Occupational Health team. Thanks to my roles at Dana Farber and Mass General; I am experienced in handling sensitive medical information, assisting with employee health assessments, and managing various occupational health programs. My attention to detail and organizational skills help improve operational efficiency, while my commitment to confidentiality ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. In the past, I worked as an intern in the Pediatric Allergy and Immunology department at Massachusetts General Hospital, where I performed data acquisition and research on oral food challenges and epinephrine injection education. I developed collaborative and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of REDCap software and Epic systems. I completed this internship throughout my undergraduate time at University of Massachusetts Amherst where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology.
