About Grace Roux

I've been in the support working industry working with complex needs clients for more than 5 years, and have lived experience with family violence, partner violence. Because of this I am passionate about enabling people and encouraging them to succeed, with their own personal goals, and watching them use their trauma as a stepping stone rather than a millstone. I would love to move into a career where I can advance my skills set, or even into a totally different career field, where I would get use more of my creative polymath problem solving skills. An ideal job would be one that has flexible hours and a people realistic workplace, where employees are valued for their work, effort and contribution to the company.
