Background

About Grace Rusch

I'm a methodical yet creative brand manager with 14+ years of experience who specializes in strategic thinking, brand positioning, creative content development, relationship management, and project management. As a highly detail-oriented person, I can't help but be thorough and organized. I thrive in creative environments where work blurs into play and where autonomy and individual talents are emphasized. Work-life balance, clarity in communication, and realistic expectations are three things I highly value in an organization. I believe in asking why, setting boundaries, and pushing back when needed. I love to work with purpose-driven brands and the passionate people behind them. Co-creating work that resonates with a brand's founder, employees, and customers is what I aim for. I have experience in both leading marketing for a single brand and generating focused brand identity and creative work within an agency. I'm a US expat with strong motivation to be a part of the Dutch community. I'm actively working on improving my Dutch language skills: at B1 currently, working toward fluency. Ik zet me actief in om de nederlandse taal beter te beheersen.View my portfolio at gracerusch.com
