Background

About Grace Shaughnessy

Over the past 4 years in my undergraduate degree, I have worked towards my goals of working both in the field of criminology and psychology. My internship working with intimate violence offender has taught me both the effects of violence on individuals and how current mental health epidemic is bleeding into our criminal justice system. I am passionate, driven, and striving to make a difference in the world through my current majors. Throughout my time at Stonehill, I learn about community engagement, organizational balance, and how to be a strong leader. I am eager to learn and take advantage of every opportunity I earn to the fullest extent. I am looking to grow my skills within a career in my desired field of psychology and criminology so I can make a lasting impact on the world around me.
