Background
About Grace Shaver
I am a recent graduate of the Performing Arts and Social Justice program at the University of San Francisco. Prior to attending USFCA, I attended Boston University for two years. I am passionate about and hope to be an advocate for arts education, as I believe studying dance from a young age is a privilege that made me a more understanding individual. I currently teach dance and movement in both the public and private sector. I also am a community engagement director at Simple Shop in San Francisco's Cole Valley. I continue to conduct research regarding dance education and perform and choreograph professionally in the Bay Area. My short-term career goal is to continue my work in holistic and trauma-informed education and advocating for equal access to the arts.
