About Grace Simmons

I have worked as a Senior Employment Advisor at Sunnyside Rural Trust in Hemel Hempstead for 3 years, I support disabled individuals and others within the community in finding meaningful and sustainable employment, helping to build confidence and long term opportunity through tailored support. My background includes over six years as a carer, where I developed strong interpersonal, problem solving and resilience skills that continue to guide my work today. I’ve also held managerial responsibilities throughout my career, allowing me to lead teams with empathy and efficiency. With a passion for organisation and systems, I thrive in admin focused tasks and pride myself on being both productive and detail oriented. I’m a confident and approachable person who builds strong, trusting relationships easily; whether with clients, colleagues, or external partners.
