As a Front Desk Clerk at Newport Harbor Island Resort, I provide excellent customer service and communication skills to guests and staff, handling bookings, inquiries, and requests with efficiency and professionalism. I also have some restaurant experience, where I learned to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. I am pursuing a degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University, with an expected graduation date of May 2024. I am interested in technology and computer crime, and I work as a work study for the Technology Services Center, where I assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for classrooms and events. I am eager to learn more about the intersection of technology and justice, and how I can use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the field.
