About Grace Solomon

I am a Legal Practitioner and Business Professional with a firm grasp on the nuances of advocacy, debt recovery, and corporate compliance. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing clients (ranging from multinationals to indigent citizens) before courts across Nigeria, from trial courts to the apex court. I find purpose in helping businesses and individuals navigate complex legal landscapes, recover lost assets, and find fair resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). My work has spanned both courtroom and boardroom, combining legal expertise with project management insight. As part of the team at Matrix-Solicitors LLP, I’ve managed high-value debt recovery cases, participated in landmark settlements, led legislative compliance reviews, and mentored future legal minds. I’ve also worked closely with regulatory bodies and participated in legal tech projects, such as the digitalization of the Lagos State High Court. Away from the law firm, I serve as a Project Manager at Gifts by Lush, curating bespoke experiences for leading organizations during their most celebrated seasons. I bring this same intentionality, creativity, and leadership into every room I walk into. Whether in advocacy or advisory, I show up with integrity, insight, and impact.
