About Grace Stamp

I am currently a senior at the University of North Carolina Wilmington studying Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership. I have several years of experience working in the lodging section of the hospitality industry. For almost a year now I have been employed by Carolina Retreats where I have been working directly under my property manager, who has taught me so much about managing vacation rentals, data entry, and handling clients, whether it be the homeowner or guest. I have a great interest in real estate and plan to obtain my real estate license, once I graduate with my bachelors degree, so I can delve more into the real estate industry. I am always eager to gain more insight and experience on how to be a great property manager and expand my knowledge on this and how to make smart real estate investments through blogs, clubs, conferences, work, or personal connections.
