I am a seasoned education professional with 22+ years of academic administration and program management experience working with various age groups. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for assessing organizational needs to implement appropriate academic and training initiatives, as well as for fostering strong connections with colleagues and stakeholders to cultivate a collaborative environment. Professional focal points include staff training and development, needs assessment, performance evaluation, strategic planning, and resource implementation. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, as well as project management and resource allocation to support efficiency and achieve desired results. Currently, I am an Assistant Principal at Auburn Elementary School. I assess educational needs and communicate with stakeholders to develop and implement new initiatives. I also facilitate professional development initiatives for staff members to promote continuous performance improvement. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership, stakeholders, and teachers to ensure the organization’s student support structure is driving academic growth and achievement in alignment with national and local standards.
