About Grace Tran

I am an independent consultant with deep experience digital health and global health security. I've worked in both the public sector for various USAID implementing partners and in the private sector at Oracle. I currently offer the following capabilities and services- Project management and customer success - I've managed complex, multi-million dollar projects in surveillance, digital health, and pandemic preparedness. I've also managed the deployments of 2 digital platforms in vaccine management and vaccine trials- Business development and technical writing - I've written proposals to secure USG funding across a variety of different sectors- Operations - I've developed SOPs and operating manuals for projects and I've established platforms that are used at a company-level. I have experience in multiple regions: East and West Africa, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. I speak both Russian and French and have used both professionally.
