Grace specializes in secondary research (media monitoring/reporting, competitive analysis, and social research) and website analytics, offering in-depth analysis and recommendations on digital performance and strategy. In addition to her analytics work, Grace has years of experience in crisis communications and frequently counsels clients on how to manage reputational issues, effectively communicate with the public, and maximize reach among target audiences. She has worked on a number of high-profile, Fortune 100 accounts across a broad spectrum of industries including tech, energy, health, finance, and food & beverage. Grace also has a passion for learning languages. She speaks intermediate Spanish and Italian, and she regularly helps clients monitor foreign language content to inform global audience analyses and conversation audits. Grace graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics.
