Background
About Grace Willer
As a cognitive scientist and a licensed independent school psychologist (SP.00764), I design, implement, and evaluate effective learning solutions for students and families at Laurel School. I manage a team of learning strategists and researchers in identifying learning needs, creating customized interventions and curricula as well as conducting behavioral science research. I work directly with families to help them access services and resources to improve development and educational attainment, including special education services. With my background in research and design, I leverage my skills in data analysis, coding, and storytelling to translate complex information into actionable insights and compelling narratives as a member of the Laurel Center for Research on Girls' leadership team. My mission is to optimize learning outcomes and foster curiosity, honesty, and inclusion in diverse and multicultural settings.
