About Gracia Lim

Gracia is a General Ledger & Reporting Manager at Oatside, a fast-growing, full-stack milk startup in Asia. Prior to that, she worked as an external auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Indonesia, where she has performed auditing for more than 10 clients from various industries, hence allowing her to gain diverse insights and knowledges from each entity's business processes. She is also well-acquainted with ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) process in relation to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance for several of her clients. Strongly bound by her personal values of fierce commitment and intense responsibility, Gracia places great importance on delivering quality work in timely manner above else. Not only ensuring that things are done to the highest standard, she often does not mind to go beyond what is required to attain the utmost perfection. With astute and orderly personality, she enjoys work that requires detailed attention to and likes to be structured and efficient in her tasks accomplishment.
