Self-motivated and highly adaptable professional, with over 17 years of customer service experience, with the last 10 years working for independent escrow companies. I work well independently and in group settings with the ability to adapt to changing environments and to reprioritize with ease. I thrive and enjoy working on challenging and complex transactions, using conflict resolution skills to successfully meet deadlines. In my current position as a floating Escrow Officer, I have mastered an adaptive skill set which includes an increased attention to detail. I am able to work in consistently changing environments and have developed knowledge that allows me to successfully cover escrow units, handling a wide range of transactions, including probate, commercial, stock co-op, and residential purchases. During my time in escrow, I have worked closely with title companies, attorneys and paralegals to assist in clearing up title issues and to prepare recording documents. I have obtained and held my notary commission since 2015 and am current through March, 2027. My mental flexibility is one of the characteristics that sets me apart from other candidates. While I am capable of applying logic and reasoning to solve problems that may arise, I am also capable of using creative thinking to meet goals and close transactions. My knowledge extends past the escrow process and includes familiarity with different computers softwares and typing skills.
