Gracie Perez is a Branch Manager with Town Square Mortgage. She has been in the mortgage origination business since 2009 and joined Town Square Mortgage in 2020. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of families achieve the dream of homeownership while closing millions of dollars in loan transactions. Gracie loves working with individuals and families from all walks of life and is especially passionate about helping first time homebuyers. Gracie and Team Amazing Grace are committed to their vision to inspire hope, educate, guide, and provide clients with the right tools to achieve homeownership. Gracie has built a loyal customer base by treating every client and partner like family and working hard to ensure that they experience a successful and enjoyable homebuying process. Gracie’s branch office in Dallas, and is equipped to complete the entire loan process in-house—all loan processing, underwriting, closings, and funding are handled locally. As a result, they have a proven track record of closing loans quickly and efficiently. Gracie is a graduate of Grace College in Indiana and currently resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband and their three children. She is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) in both the Dallas and Plano-Garland chapters. A strong supporter of her local community, she gives back through her volunteer work with Carrollton-Farmers Branch schools. In her spare time, she enjoys running, cooking, swimming, and reading.
