About Graciela Kessler

After obtaining two Computer Science degrees and an early career in Information Technology, I felt a calling to return to my family’s roots. My grandfather built the first high-rise apartment building in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and was an early mover in commercial real estate development. An immigrant, he brought his Italian design flair to everything he did. Design as a new career path has allowed me to integrate all acquired skills to develop every project phase as a building block for ultimate Client success. My analytical thinking is critical to my ability to solve complex project challenges quickly and effectively by breaking them down into manageable components. I bring creative, dynamic, and fresh perspectives to devise original design solutions for Clients. My core focus is on integrated design process that promotes development of esthetics, environmentally responsible workplaces, and human wellbeing. I have managed over one million SF of LEED Projects and SF of other green design projects. My environmental approach is to design a better present without compromising the resources of future generations. Sustainable architectural design is a process that requires a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. I enjoy coordinating all stakeholders but also learning from them. This enables me to create the best sustainable design solutions for the project. Another area that highlights my versatility is environmental graphics design, wayfinding, and signage. I enjoy creating supergraphics for our Clients.
