My name is Grady Bailey, and I am a recent the University of Alabama graduate with a history of being a hardworking, dedicated team member. I am experienced in sales and management, seeking a full-time position to develop as a well-rounded employee in a promising career-building situation. Formerly, as a Project Manager for Hybrid Outdoor, I displayed a strong work ethic with the ability to be adaptable and agile in the construction field while managing an effective and efficient team. I am a goal-oriented individual, which has allowed me to promptly complete professional projects and walk from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail. While on the trail, I had to display strong communication skills, dedication, and commitment to walk through California, Oregon, and Washington. Before hiking, I was an active member of the University of Alabama baseball team. I helped bring a positive, upbeat attitude and work ethic to the field every day to help lead my team and produce a culture focused on success. Baseball instilled in me the competitive drive and motivation to seek the very best in everything I do and achieve. Throughout my baseball career and life on the trail, I have faced adversity and conquered it. I can push through the pain when it hurts, focus on what I want to achieve, and get it. These attributes have led me to be a successful student, a strong leader, and a vital role in the business world. I know that I can add value and motivate others around me to seek their best. I believe that I can be a valuable member of any team and am searching for an opportunity to grow, develop, and achieve great things.
