Pain and Value are two sides of the same coin. For every pain, there is importance proportional to the intensity of the sensation or feeling we experience. When we learn to relate to our pain and discomfort not by the quality of the feelings nor the desire to escape or push them aside but instead as opportunities to approach our unresolved needs in new ways, we liberate ourselves from persistent psychological suffering and begin to pave the path to a meaningful, enriched life filled with value and purpose." I am a mental health, wellness, and self-development professional with credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Coach (CPC). My motivations, values, and commitment extend to continually growing and bettering myself as a counselor, coach, and fellow human being in knowledge, skills and experience. I aim to always provide more effective help, support, care, and advocacy to my fellow travelers in this journey called Life, and I hope to help many find and create one they see as fulfilling.
