As an IT Manager with a broad technical background and a deep understanding of leading people, I am currently leading digital transformations and fostering a strong organisational culture. I have successfully increased the cyber maturity of the organisation and I am building and growing a service-driven IT team. My expertise encompasses a range of areas, including agile approaches, continuous improvement, organisational leadership, vendor management, coaching, project management, and more. Throughout my career, I have worked in various organisations, including State Government, Local Government, and Education. I have implemented enterprise applications in diverse environments and led teams of technical staff in rolling out new applications. Additionally, I have managed IT projects, administered enterprise systems, gathered requirements, and developed new IT solutions. My primary goals are to enhance my leadership capabilities, elevate the organisation’s IT maturity, and cultivate a thriving organisational culture.
