Graeme is a founding principal and creator of BrandQuest, a leading ‘brand change’ consultancy formed in 2007 for companies and organisations who are prepared to invest in strategic growth. BrandQuest has a proven history of assisting business and organisations in their quest for growth beyond the status quo. From start-ups to national and global companies – from private to public shareholder companies. Using our unique and proprietary BrandQuest Process, we define and align the marketing strategy to the business strategy. Only then, do we progress to brand audit and recommendations and implementation of marketing tactics to deliver the needs of the agreed strategy. Graeme has more than 25 years experience as Director, Managing Director, Creative Director and Marketing Consultant in multinational agencies such as Young & Rubicam Mattingly and George Patterson Bates and as a Partner is his own internationally owned advertising agency, Batey Gladman. He’s worked with iconic brands; Myer/Grace Bros, Katies, OPSM, Beaurepaires, Mazda, BP, Bendigo Bank and Optus. Graeme has launched, extended and created multi-channel brands across a diverse range of categories – from retail to business-to-business across the spectrum of media and non-media communication channels. He is highly respected by BrandQuest clients for his balanced yet insightful contribution to their brands and business.
