Service to others, is something that has helped drive me forward. I work towards having a positive impact on those interact with. I am a big fan of data driven decisions to help make smart choices that lead to a better tomorrow. I have taken this approach as a Procurement Manager, a Strategic Sourcing Manager, a Supply Chain Manager, a Purchaser, an Inventory Controller, and Business Developer, in industries including Financial, Energy, Lumber, Beverage, and Recruitment. My joy along my career journey has been in developing my skills in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Contract Management, Vendor Relationship Management, Negotiation, Data Analytics, Business Development, and Leadership, all in an effort to be of better service to others. I continue to develop an adaptive mindset and have influenced change, lead without authority, and have grown better at managing critical relationships. I have had success driving positive financial results in excess of $20MM, building and maintaining key relationships, and leading teams to achieve shared goals. Lifelong learning is part of who I am, and I am grateful to have earned a degree in Supply Chain Management, my SCMP, and my MBA. When I am not tackling career goals, I balance my time between friends and family, and my passion for CrossFit as both an athlete and a coach.
