Experienced risk systems manager specialising in IBM OpenPages and SAP Business Objects. I have recently been involved in the delivery of an AMA compliant GRC system, based on IBM OpenPages - this has involved tasks through the full change lifecycle with my main focus being the interpretation and implementation of internal customer requirements. I am fully conversant with front end configuration of the OpenPages platform and have considerable experience in working directly with IBM in defining and delivering more complex software customisations. I am also experienced in utilising the Cognos BI tool shipped with OpenPages to create meaningful reports and offer insights. This experience extends to creating custom query files (SQL) to extend the standard framework offered. I also have experience in Business Objects Universe design and maintenance as well as extensive experience in report creation using the Business Objects toolset. The experience gained in utilising, configuring and report creation on Operational Risk data has also given me a detailed understanding of Operational Risk frameworks and how they are implemented and managed in practice on a day to day basis.
