About Graeme Jackson

I have been working in the Utilities Industry since 1983, initially in the water treatment and reticulation field and then in a range of roles from maintenance fitter to water treatment production manager in the UK responsible for all treatment, distribution, operations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs from water source to consumer taps. My role then broadened out to a three waters encompassing wastewater treatment, reticulation, stormwater, customer services, and meter reading. In New Zealand I have undertaken roles such as senior water treatment technician, southern utilities manager, senior training and operations consultant, branch manager for a drainage company, 3 waters network engineer, and now 3 waters projects engineer for Marlborough District Council. Current Responsibilities: Project management for 3 waters infrastructure renewals and new builds, from contact design, tendering, through to contact delivery and completion.
