As the Construction Delivery Director for Global Construction at Pure Data Centres, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction-related delivery of hyperscale data centres worldwide at Board Level advisory, from feasibility to handover. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction of Mission Critical, Industrial logistics, Industrial E-Commerce Retail and Real Estate Sector, I have successfully led large Leadership Management teams globally and delivered high-value and complex Hyperscale Data Centre Projects for the Big 4 Hyperscale customers, projects up from 20 million Dollars to1.5bn Dollars Construction, Globally EMEA and APAC, working with significant private equity funders, board members, and cross-functional Leadership and teams. My core competencies include Leadership and Construction Execution Strategically on a Global Level or European Platform at Fast Pace Start Up Fast paced Growth and Strategy, Advisory on all Construction and Sustainability Real estate private equity fund investment, and multi-disciplinary/cross functional team leadership. I am fluent in English and High level of conversational German at Business Exec Level. I have a strong international perspective and cultural awareness globally. My mission is to enable the fast paced growth and expansion of Hyperscale, Mission Critical Pure Data Centres globally, while ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability focus in the construction delivery process.
