About Graeme Odoherty

With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, I am a strategic leader in industrialised design and construction (ID & C), specialising in DfMA, offsite manufacturing, and modern methods of construction (MMC). I have successfully delivered high-impact projects across healthcare, education, housing, hospitality, and commercial sectors—driving innovation, efficiency and sustainability. My expertise lies in integrating BIM and lean methodologies to streamline project delivery, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. I work closely with clients to transform real estate delivery utilising appropriate computational design tools and interoperable construction systems. I collaborate across the full value chain—designers, manufacturers, developers, contractors, and logistics teams—to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and scalable MMC solutions. I hold an MBA from Warwick Business School, studied BIM at Masters level, and am an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management (APM). I am passionate about shaping the future of construction through innovation, leadership, and sustainable practices.
