Career & Leadership Coach – Personal Brand & Business Development - Youth Wellbeing Advocate I fundamentally believe that the most important relationship you will ever have – and frequently the most under-developed – is the one you have with yourself. This drives the work I love doing, which revolves around helping people & businesses to: • Grow clarity & confidence - in themselves, their ideas & their futures. • Put this into action - in how they communicate, present themselves & make decisions. What does that all mean then? My working life has largely revolved around 3 key areas of interest: • Supporting young people’s emotional wellbeing & confidence. • Marketing, branding & communication. • Personal & business development. On the surface they have their differences but do a little digging around & the roots are all the same. How people & businesses think about themselves, their ideas & their futures is often the springboard for how they show up in the world - in their actions, choices, behaviours, branding, communication, interactions, relationships - all those “performance” aspects that the rest of the world see (but often not what is really going on under the surface). So by helping people think differently, they can show up differently in the world, in a way that is meaningful & energising to them. And because businesses, teams & organisations are run on & by people…well, you can figure the connection Hairy Audacious If I was to choose one ‘big hairy audacious goal’* it would be to help as many young people as possible to have a positive relationship with themselves so that they can make positive decisions about their futures.
