About Graeme Strange

I worked for ten years in financial services at Legal and General in a customer services role, as a supervisor on within the contact centre for Pensions and Investments and finally within the project team dealing with the transfer of Legal and General products to ReAssure. In the course of this work I have dealt with complaints, difficult customers, customers with difficult and complicated problems that could involve multiple departments and liaising with each for the customer. I have as a supervisor and within the project team dealt with improving processes and setting the processes that would be used. My work in the project team was administrative, organising the incoming work, catagorising it and distributing it as well as compiling and issuing responses. From the contact centre I was trained on multiple products including rarer ISA endowments and old company schemes and buy out plans and was always happy to help newer and less experienced colleagues with my experience and knowledge.
