About Graeme Thomas

My name is Graeme Thomas, and I am a Creative Director with 17 years’ experience based in Northamptonshire, UK. In that time I’ve been fortunate enough to work with a number of household names as well as some truly cutting-edge agencies, enabling me to work in many areas of design, across both digital and print mediums. My main areas of expertise lie in UX/UI design using Figma and Adobe XD, Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote design, Microsoft Word design, and Instructional design, where my technical ability allows me to deliver highly advanced and complex documents for my clients. Following five years in the production department at a B2B publishing house looking after eight magazine titles, I started my own graphic design business, Johnny F Designs, in 2011 (now Thomas Grey Creative Solutions). I now work with various clients of all shapes and sizes, on anything from WordPress websites and custom-built e-learning platforms, to PowerPoint presentations and templates, to digital assets for OOH campaigns, to children’s books and college course guides. Having worked in production departments, numerous digital agencies, printing companies and in-house teams, I have a wide variety of skills. This adds a great amount of value to my clients as I understand the whole design process, from initial planning right through to the final output. I also excel in owning a project from start to finish, taking a project from its early stages, managing the whole process, coming up with creative direction, and executing everything right up to the finished product.
