About Graeme Watson

I am an experienced OIM with over 30 years experience in the marine and offshore industries. After 9 years at sea serving on a variety of ship types, I moved into the offshore oil industry on FPSOs, progressing to the position of OIM before moving my latest role of OIM on the Kittiwake platform. Throughout my career, I have shown a consistent ability to adapt to new roles and responsibilities and work proficiently alone and as part of/leading a team of any size. I possess a very positive, ‘can do’ attitude and I am a well-organised and reliable person with excellent interpersonal skills. I have the ability to prioritise tasks whilst being able to maintain a calm and focused outlook when working in a pressurised environment. I also demonstrate on a daily basis my skills in organisation, flexibility, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals.
