I am an experienced and successful Project and Program Director specializing in the energy and renewables sector. With over 20 years of comprehensive project management expertise, gained as both the client and as the EPC contractor, I have successfully delivered large-scale, multi billion dollar developments from concept through commissioning and into start up. I have a proven track record of building and managing high performing multi-disciplinary, multi national teams and of improving local capabilities in a variety of International locations. Skilled in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, I excel at fostering collaborative, win-win relationships between diverse teams, clients, contractors and regulatory bodies. Comfortable in communicating at all levels from Government and Board level to Shop Floor and Public, I believe in honesty, openness and transparency. I am adept at applying agile, digital and traditional project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in budget and believe there is always an opportunity to improve. I enjoy what I do and continuously strive to learn new ideas and concepts. Considering the need to tackle climate change, I am passionate about advancing clean energy initiatives for pragmatic decarbonisation and applying new and novel technologies to reduce or eliminate emissions in support of a sustainable future.
