About Graham Brown

I practice in the areas of construction law and commercial litigation at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. My litigation practice involves issues such as: contract disputes, procurement issues, lien claims, breach of trust, delay claims, and other more general commercial and construction litigation matters. In my practice, I have been fortunate to work with clients representing almost every role in the construction pyramid, and regularly act for parties involved in infrastructure projects. As a litigator, I have represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as in mediations and arbitrations. In addition to my litigation practice, I regularly assist construction industry participants with in-project strategy, procurement questions, prompt payment/adjudication issues, contract drafting, and Competition Act compliance issues. I love being a part of the construction industry and previously taught the Construction Law course at George Brown College. I also regularly present on construction law topics at conferences and construction industry certification courses. I am extraordinarily lucky to work with great clients who have caused me to be ranked in Chambers, named a Legal Lexpert, and named a Thomson Reuters Stand-Out Lawyer.
