My goal is to provide innovative, proactive capital allowances advice for my clients. This enables them to make strategic decisions; maximising the value of an asset, enhancing fund performance or reduce the costs across a portfolio by minimising the level of tax payable. Capital allowances is the only form of tax relief available currently in the UK, for commercial real estate. I am a expert with regard to latest case law, legislation and changes to process, ensuring your tax position will be fully optimised. CBRE's long established reputation as a leader in commercial property services means I can draw upon the wealth of combined experience and knowledge across our business. By working alongside market facing colleagues I understand the significant changes in each sector, have access to key construction, cost and land value information which enables us to secure higher claims than our competitors, giving our clients competitive advantage. At CBRE we provide advice to a wide range of UK & Overseas clients across all sectors, and whilst we cover UK & Ireland, we uniquely have international experience in many other tax jurisdictions, including Australia, New Zealand, India, USA & Singapore.
